By the by, the more I wrote and the more I read Revans post, the more suspicious I felt.

So Revan, I'm formaly asking for a roll call here. I won't force a vote to get it for now but unless something new and shocking shows up I WILL turn to voting to get it.
Sylphas2005-10-27 15:38:25
Sylphas is a he.

I'm going to second that call for a claim, Revan. Your posts bug me, because I can't tell whether they really are logical, or whether they just sound good and you're trying to get us to trust you so you can pull something later.

If it's Vix's first game, the push for a quick end is understandable, I think, and forgetting to let Tsae roleclaim. Unvote: Vix
Shorlen2005-10-27 19:38:44
Just to say, if people do not post, this game will go nowhere.

FoSing is nice and all, but if people do not vote, this game will stay where it is.

I love you all to death, dears, but some of you are just so suspicous to me, I can't imagine others do not find people suspicious enough to vote for them. We must take action to save our city, sitting around and knitting is not going to get anything done. Well, except clothes made.
Revan2005-10-27 20:34:23
Why should I rolecall right now merely because of your suspicions? I'll rolecall when I feel there is a need to. Until then, have your suspicions. I voted for Iridiel not only because I find she lacks intelligence, but also because she seems very adamant about having me hung, which is extremely suspicious. Who else but a Tainted "scumbag" would be so feverent about lynching? If anything, you should be suspecting her. I'm not so concerned about Sylphas really, but the only reason I FoSed him was because he seemingly "banwagoned" with Iridiel. He took that away once he came to his senses, but really Cwin, do you find me more threatening than she who goes "HANG HIM OMG HE'S SO TAINTED NOW NOW NOW!"? For all you know, she could turn on you next with all the heat she's putting into her wanton lust for death.

2. There will be no discussion outside of this thread, except at night, and only those whose roles say they can discuss at night can and only with those their role states they can talk with.

I thought that I made this very clear in the last game, but apparently I didn't. If it happens again, those who break the rules will be mod-killed. Abide my rules or don't bother signing up. I take a lot of time balancing roles for these games and that balance takes into consideration no communication between roles not designed for it.

Keel them! *points to replacement list*

The only people who would have a reason to not desire lynching is the tainted, for they can kill whoever they want come nightfall. A town that doesn't look to lynch at all is a pile of chickens waiting to be plucked. Besides, if you so disliked people looking to lynch, why aren't you defending Quid, who's been taking heat since Day 1? Where were you to stop the bandwagon that killed off an innocent just to end the day? Why does everything that come out of your mouth amount to how horrible everyone is for voting when the only people you pick to die made the oh so mortal mistake of not trusting you lock, stock, and barrel.

Well, I'm done with my guesses. unFoS: Revan.

You, sir, are either tainted, a manupulator, or so egocentric that it doesn't much matter anymore to me. Vote: Revan and it's going to take a Nil's pit of alot to show me different.
Cwin2005-10-27 22:35:09
ooc: wow, that was more thrilling than any RP I've done in over a year! biggrin.gif
Unknown2005-10-27 23:18:09
I will unFoS Vix. If it is her first game, then I cannot blame her for pushing for the kill. Sylphas, however, I would like to know if this is your first game too?
Vix2005-10-27 23:28:00
unsure.gif Well, yes, it is my first game.
Revan2005-10-27 23:41:38
My dear, misguided Cwin, I never said I did not want lynching. I merely stated that we should stray from the foolish and hasty votes that were made after day 1. You took time coming to your conclusion, and so I respect your decision to lynch me, however wrong it may be. As for the day 1 bandwagon, what was there to be done? Even if I didn't jump on, someone else would have, and the outcome would have been the same, so please spare me your piety. If you fear me because of a few witty comments and phrases, then you're a bit in over your head. As for accusing "everyone that accuses Revan", I've only thus far put my sights on Iridiel, who I'll bet 500k on that she's tainted and afraid that if I further meddle in her tainted plots, she'll be found out. In any case, vote for me all you like, Cwin, it matters not to me.

I have a little story to tell. Everyone should listen - and well.

I went drinking last night. I did six shots of captain in about five minutes. I then drank three beers in less than twenty minutes. I was so drunk, I could not SEE. As well, I grabbed some ugly guy, although he was holding me up, and I was rubbing his back. He then took me upstairs, gave me a trash can, and gave me a kiss-on-the-forehead good night. I promptly vomited four times before going to sleep.

The moral of this story? Shadow decided to break the rules. I'm not in a pleasant mood. I'm very, very hung over, and the guy I like is stuck on his ex girlfriend. Which means he's bi, and I promised myself I'd never go out with a bi guy, so I'm kind of mixed feelings right now.

This means, my 'not in a pleasant' mood is now a 'shit-tastic' mood.

Now, I get online to find a very angry Rhayni. Who now is in a bad mood, too! Because people can't read the rules. But she's too nice of a person to do anything but yell and scream.

So, now that I evacuated TO the Florida Keys, then am now home in my dorm, hang over still with me, and upset over Corey being emo. I find out Shadow is talking to people outside of this thread about the game - sharing rather important information.

However, I'm NOT too nice.

So, Shadow, the Most Venerable Bhodifucius Xiim, Scrier, is mod-killed. The information shared is not out, I believe. Please, do not use it in your defense. Or I'll modkill you, too.

Thanks! Have a nice day. Shadow, do not post in this thread. You're teh dead. Smoosh. Smash.

Now, I'm going to go write up the night actions for my game. Ugh.

EDIT:

And the "READ THE GOD DAMN RULES OR BE MODKILLED" count!

Revan- 2 (Iridiel, Cwin)
Sylphas- 1 (Laneth)
Iridiel- 1 (Revan)
Laneth- 1 (Shorlen)

Not voting (4): Tsuki, Sylphas, Xenthos, Vix

5 to lynch.
Unknown2005-10-28 00:46:57
So the moral of the story is two-sided; do not piss Kyle off, and do not break the rules.

I'm assuming Shadow was on the towny side, then? The name and role seem to point to that, but can you confirm? If so, that sucks poop.
Unknown2005-10-28 00:47:32
She was innocent, yes.
Unknown2005-10-28 00:50:29
Yes, she was innocent. I cut that off.

We were going to tell everyone what was said, and I was going to modkill two people, but the other person came forward, it seems, to let us know. So, as long as what was said remains quiet, we can play like nothing happened. smile.gif
Vix2005-10-28 00:53:02
Eep, a Townie down and a scrier at that. Doesn't look too great for us...
Unknown2005-10-28 00:53:35
Actually, they weren't coming forward to tell so much as it came out in a conversation. They hadn't read the rules either. I'll leave it at that and hope that there's no animosity over this.
Unknown2005-10-28 00:59:21
I'm happy for it to go as-is if Ibby and YoLF think what was told will not change the game too much smile.gif.

Anyway, onwards and upwards, as my grandpappy never used to say!

Xenthos, why are you being so quiet?
Xenthos2005-10-28 01:44:36
Mostly because I was trying to prod a conversation the first day, it never really went anywhere, so I gave up on it. I don't really know where to go at the moment, as I posted earlier. We have the Shorlen/Laneth axis, and the Iridiel/Revan one. At least one person in each group is innocent, perhaps both... yet none in either of the groups are giving signals that are (to me) proclaiming themselves as being clean. Randomly picking one gives (at best) a 50% chance of getting scum, at worse a 0% chance. So... I wait.
