We have an absurd number of Information Roles if your claim, Xenthos, is true. Not that it might not be true, as I suspect we have different details. You may indeed be able to tell what someone is, if they're for or against the freedom of the people. I can investigate to determine who someone is to verify claims. If you can determine intent, I'm not as good as you are. Also, assuming you are another scrier, I have to wonder if you can determine cult connections or not. Or you might've been recruited into the cult yourself, as might I've been.

Night 1, I discovered Tarrawen Falgirn, Dwarven Ambassador. This person will know what I say is truth because of that, so I'll hold off on revealing who they were. If they claim, I can verify that claim.
Night 2, I wasn't able to uncover who Revan was, because (as discussions yesterday uncovered for me) Quidgy stole my power.
Night 3, I verified Sylphas as Llisilli Cloudwalker

With Quidgy, go back and read yesterday's discussions ... you have no idea how irritated I was and how close I came to revealing why I believed the claim even though my suspicions that Quidgy was cult were proven true. Good thing I didn't reveal that, since we had two night kills.

On that note, if we do have a guardian left and they guard someone but that person is targetted by two killers, does the guardian protect against both, or only against one?

Sylphas, sorry for doubting your claim that I needed to verify it ... the whole bit about asking for a comfy bed was just ... too odd to let rest. I'm still not giving up the idea that it might've been part of a post restriction, though.

As good as your intentions may be, Xenthos, I don't think your proposed plans are quite safe enough. You'd have us ... kill a potential scrier and make potential innocents vulnerable, or kill an unknown person/role on your word alone, or reveal potential innocents.

At this time I admit I'm at a loss for what to think. We do have two killing roles out there, we know that much. They might both be scum, or one could be a vigilante/etc. I'm definitely not ready to make a vote, or even a FoS, just yet. Quite a bit to think about, but the fact that roles are coming out of the woodwork inclines me to believe things are definitely at a critical point, so we need to be careful, whatever we do.

Well, what other options are there? It's either believe me and go with what I say, or take my head as proof. Though I'm down to only one innocent left hidden now that you've come out. You were my first check.

Someone revealing themselves like I did is one thing. Being revealed by another is different. However, if we ask if others want to reveal themselves as innocent in hopes that you'll verify them as such ... everyone will do that and you'd only be able to verify one.

As for my innocence, during the night I tracked Xenthos and found that he had targetted me. I'm pretty sure I am innocent unless being recruited doesn't give you a message? Because of this, I'm inclined to believe that Xenthos is lying. Vote Xenthos - not as an OMGUS either. However, he does seem to be telling an ounce of truth because he did something to me...

Well, if I did something... and you saw I did it, it wasn't a role block, it wasn't a kill (yeah, it did look like there were three kills, two on the same person), it wasn't a divert unless I somehow guessed you were targetting me and diverted you to where you were already going... this leaves what, scry, protect, track, or recruit? If I was recruiting, I doubt I'd name you.

Maybe it is possible to be recruited without knowing it, I have no idea- I just know that when I read my cards, they said you were guilty.

Firstly, we lost our protector. This is a VERY bad sign. The game's not over, though, so things aren't so bad. Secondly, another party goer died. Two nights and two party deaths. That leaves, at most, one more out there.

Frankly, if I hadn't gotten this reading, I'd be agreeing with you, Tsuki. Vix just... I don't know, the "So you know who a scrier is, but how do you know who is bad? Are you communicating illegally at night?" irritated me a little, so I chose her. It was more of an impulse than anything.

There really isn't anything else that would show that she is.
