Skyla, although many in the Serenwilde may not be aware that she designed it, left her mark in the Serenwilde with the Pipes she designed, that we now use to enter the Seren Council chambers.
She also designed the entrance to the room in the Moondancer Tower, for higher GR's, as well as the shrine to Mother Moon that resides in it.
As for closer to home legacies, she will be remembered as the most argumentative wife I have had.

QUOTE
Three bamboo pipes are suspended from a sling of twisted vines, wreathed with sacred leaves and pale flowers.
Bound tightly with dark leather, three bamboo pipes of varying length are
cradled by both browning and green twining vines that snake skywards to
disappear into the dense canopy overhead. A hollow wooden amulet decorated with pebbles is suspended by thin rope twine from the base of each pipe. The two outer pipes wear the amulet of White Hart and Mother Moon respectively, and the centre pipe wears the amulet of Moonhart Mother Tree. Pale flowers and sacred leaves wreathe the vines that nurse the instruments, the wind rustling them and whistling through the pipes with hushed tones.
You raise a set of three bamboo pipes to your lips and close your eyes as you play a deep, enchanting chord.
A deep, breathy harmony slowly resonates back from the surrounding trees, rising around you in waves and lifting you from your feet. An ethereal wind joins the sound, wreathing around you, and your body slowly begins to blow away into sparkling motes of light, your consciousness momentarily flowing free in the air before your form rebuilds itself, entwining your soul into it again.

Hmmm, not quite sure what Ill be remembered for, the first reciever of Divinely forged weapons maybe? The Athana incident, where I lost craploads of experience for not praying until I was forgiven Going from sweet little guy to bastardly cocky kid to totally conflicted in what he believes is right perhaps. but yanno, still many many many months and years to build my legacy, Im sure we all have some incredible impact one someone over the years, I know some people have on me, and I on others, but truly few places like lusternia can bring about so much hate, love , sadness, and happiness, and its each and every one of you that has that potential to do so

Although it's interesting to note what people think they will be remembered for, I highly doubt that most of what they think people will remember is what people will. And, of course, OOC legacies are entirely different from IC ones.
Just as an example (and no offense to you, Exarius!), I've never heard anything about the Cat's Eye. The only things I know about the pride are from forum arguments you got into with Gwylifar. So it's going to be a wide range of people who will remember different things. Those involved with those projects will likely remember you very differently then I will.
So, with that in mind, I decline to comment on what I think I will be remembered for.

Hmmm... Wasn't aware this was a question directed only at people who craved the spotlight.
If you want to discuss "world fame", forget it. I won't be remembered by the general public, because most of what I do, I do without fanfare, quitely working away behind the scenes.
What I listed is the accomplishments that would outlive me... Things that would continue sending ripples out into the world without my continued medling.
Everybody knew Gwylifar, and now he laments how little lasting impact he had on the world. I'm very aware that I'm not famous, but still waters run deep, and the lives I do touch, I touch dramatically.

I'll be remembered for tuning that totem against Serenwilde
Maybe for being a temperamental bitch with a crazy clan and a weird family.
Maybe even for singing the Song of Dark Returning and being the first member/guildmistress of the Blacktalon. (Hurrah for the BT only having guildmistresses so far... no men!)
And course, I'll be remember in Serenwilde for a number of things that are complete BS, but that's ok, cause Serenwilde always sees things the way THEY want to, forget that I was a loyal member forbloodyever.

Making a whole lot of women feel a little better about themselves, and nurturing a special few to new levels of self-confidence and self-actualization.

My my, we are easy to offend.
First and foremost, my comment wasn't meant to address polyamory, but rather the statement you made about "making a whole lot of women feel a little better about themselves." To clarify, I have a quote from gigolo.com that defines what they consider a gigolo:
QUOTE
A gigolo is a man who loves everything about a woman. Of course he is there to care for her body, but just as important he is there with all his attention. A gigolo is educated, knows about the world, is independent, is sexually experienced and understands what a woman needs.
Not just sex, but romance, even if it is for just one night, there is connection, passion, fun, humour, trustworthiness, safety. A gigolo will know how to use his own "tools" and other tools which will help him achieve his utmost goal: to fully satisfy his lady.

It was meant more as a harmless joke than anything... but I hope you can see the similarity in your statement with the quote. If I'm guilty of passing judgment on polyamory, you are guilty of being a gigolo hater.

213432
No, that's not what I was saying at all.
Actually, the amount of lasting impact Gwylifar had is far greater than anyone realizes. I doubt even the Divine could really add it up. I'm positive there's not a single mortal player who could list a third of it. But of all the impacts he had, only a small proportion were visible to the general public. And by chance or by design, it's those very same things, by and large, which have been disassembled or undone.
That itself isn't really an amusing observation until you add it that the one glaring exception is the adders incident -- an incident Gwylifar was perpetually bewildered about since he never really pursued it with any seriousness, he just sort of fell into it, and got stuck in it. The way he saw his own life, the adders incident was a footnote, a distraction from a dozen important purposes he pursued with diligence and skill.
That the lion's share of impact Gwylifar had is quiet, known only by a handful of people or none at all, is entirely intentional. Self-aggrandizement has its place, but discretion's place is greater, at least in pursuit of the purposes Gwylifar pursued.

For the mean time the only mortal to get as close to killing a divine as one can get (yes hajamin you're brainbash at the megalith DOES count)
As it currently stands the first (and only?) mortal to pull off being a bonecrusher in all its forms. Along with munsia's post about narsrim as one of those other mortals that can go toe to toe with anyone and hold his own.
