So I decided I'd have a look at wintin, I download it and try to install it but i asks for ".NET Framework version 1.1.4322", this is a bit odd cos I though all computers had this on them.. Well I check and nope dont have it. Check my automatic updates I neglected to do, nope no there, so I check the site and the nearest thing I can get is thanks to the link provided with the installer is "Microsoft .NET Framework SDK v2.0". So download and install that and it still wont let me in stall wintin for the same reason. If anyone knows about this problem please either redirect me to the ".NET Framework version 1.1.4322" download or tell me what I'm doing wrong. I would have posted this on Wintins forum but it doesn't like me either can't post a topic or even log in for some reason... anyway please help!

You need the .NET v1.1 Framework.

The frameworks install side by side, so v2.0 won't run anything that requires v1.1.

And you don't need the full SDK. You just need the framework runtime. The SDK is much larger and is intended for people who develop software for the framework.
