If that person did something to declare me, then yes, the suspect should stay. They invited the attack, they declared, they've given the opening. It's easy enough- don't declare.

And its easy not to follow someone out of your own damn Commune and attack them yet your hypocrite self accused me of abusing game mechanics.

Uh huh. And you were, you used the auto-declare to allow you a suspect-free kill on them. You say you didn't know you were doing it, however.
In this, I even BUGGED a while back that, when defending, I lost suspect against the raiders. I didn't this time. For all I know, it's meant to be this way- if you declare someone, you're allowing them to attack you. So don't declare and you're all set. It seems simple to me.
Edit: As an aside, what would happen if I had killed her like this? Would the suspect have gone away? (Would hope so.)

You can't NOT defend a shrine even it is an abuse of mechanics?

Yeah Narsrim, you would just sit by and watch when someone would defile Hajamin's shrines, not moving a muscle to defend because the Avenger is buggy, we believe you.
Just like you "didn't know" attacking an enemy in your territory would automatically declare yourself to him. You're innocent of all that, so if there's anyone that is entirely in his right accusing others, it's you!

*cough* I could swear that in this other thread there was a certain mugwump level 90 guy who got 3 levels that said why the hell he should let something that is completely ooc affect his ic actions...... might just be me though
Jack2005-10-29 08:05:56
Of course it's you.
You're hallucinating.
Why, there are only a few mugwumps with that high a level. Definitely wasn't Kaervas or Eiru, and I know for a fact it wasn't Ethelon... so who could it conceivably be?
