QUOTE(Kiarlea @ Nov 14 2005, 08:57 AM)
And Nars, sometimes people don't want to give out their whole roles. Ibby doesn't ALWAYS give out more roles. Vanillas (chocolates, Ibby, chocolates!) happen, and there's nothing else they CAN claim.
I know when I was Marilynth, giving away that I could self-protect wasn't a good idea, and people tried to kill me so many times, it was a good thing I didn't - would have lost a lot more faster otherwise

So what stops scum from later claiming: I'm just an innocent Townie? /end of info.
I know you aren't normally this... retarded. I'm starting to get suspcious myself.
Kiarlea2005-11-14 13:01:22
One more comment.
Stop trying to outguess Ibby. Has she ever been predictable before? No. Why wouldn't she put vanillas in?

ROFL.
Nars, you're a laugh.

Daganev's a newbie. Some newbies (such as I) aren't really clued up on creating a good role to claim when they're scum. (Which is why I avoided claiming at all as Scuchi Mabuchi last time round ) Hence, their roles aren't always very believable.
Nothing stops them, doofus. That's the point. They can claim anything they want. Duh. That's the point.
However, if Dag's really scum, why would he be so blatantly obvious? He's not frigging stupid, Narsrim, just because his character in Lusternia is.

Kiarlea,
How many games has Ibby run? In which games was someone - anyone - a role that didn't at the very least have a name, a citizenship in a town, usually a 1-time power, etc.

Narsrim. I tried using that argument last game against Revan, who acted even more scummy. The result was
Timmie the reporter! Innocent Townie!
It's this very talk that causes Ibby to throw out roles like this. If you believe he's lying because of his actions then that's one thing, but NEVER assume the role can't exist. NEVER!
As for whether he's lying...hard to tell. The opening story shows that it seems to be the Ur'Guard that's starting this rebellion so it makes sense that they are the townie roles. Besides, I STILL can't turn my vote to him, even if it wasn't the Lynching vote.
Nars, if you don't believe him, throw your vote in and finish this day. I think we we have enough information now to make a final verdict.

Heh, it was actually quite amusng to see you guys hang Timmie You were all soooo convinced that he was scum.
Narsrim2005-11-14 13:46:35
My vote stays with YoLF. He's acted quite strange and his words were a bit misplaced from the start. Daganev is a bit twisted as a person so it is difficult to look at anything he says and delve deeper. I don't trust Daganev entirely, but I'm willing to accept his roleclaim for now even if I feel it was too simple.
Cwin2005-11-14 13:58:42
That reminds me, I DID vote for YoLF: it wasn't noticed! I kept wondering why I was still voting for Suhnaye
unvote: Suhnaye, Vote YoLF
And understood about Daganev. It'll be good to keep a close eye on him. I felt like I needed to defend him there, but, to be honest, I can't quite peg him down as anything. I wouldn't mind trading my instict with a crystal ball.

Well, at least he was Timmy the Reporter.
Not "average Ur'Guard, no name, no city, no colour"

Iridiel2005-11-14 17:21:58
I am going to vote YoLF. I don't want Daganev lynched yet, until he actually roleclaims something better or admits being scum (past memories of Timmy affecting me as well) and I see YoLF as having a pretty suspicious attitude, with all this vote, unvote, sylence, let's lynch Daga.
Also, Daga and Kiarlea doesn't seem to be supporting each other, as Daganev wanted to kill Kiarlea, but Kiarlea is defending. Very smart move to make us think they're not in the same team, or just they're not in the same team?
Don't know, pretty confused at the moment. Has anybody else any clue?

Revan2005-11-14 17:57:39
Meh, well, it's totally not bandwagoning, because my original vote was for YoLF
Unvote Daganev, vote YoLF

Iridiel2005-11-14 17:59:35
You noticed we're creating a paralel bandwagoning?
Iridiel2005-11-14 18:01:31
Nobody else votes for YoLF until he roleclaims. 5 votes on him already if I didn't get the counting wrong. One more vote and we'll look very suspiciously at the person who kicks in the last vote before he has a chance to Roleclaim, or tell us why not voting him.
Daganev2005-11-14 18:20:24
Vote Yolf
Narsrim2005-11-14 18:21:32
Daganev makes five, I believe. It is six to lynch so no one else vote!
Xenthos2005-11-14 18:23:42
Oookay. Daganev, you read Iridiel's post, and then went straight ahead and voted? What was that about? If Narsrim's right and that does only make five, at least it wasn't an incorrectable error, but still...
Narsrim2005-11-14 18:24:58
I counted. It is just 5 right now... at least I hope so.
Daganev2005-11-14 18:25:40
It was definitly 5... however I thought I was the 6th.. d'oh!
Narsrim2005-11-14 18:28:47
Daganev, I'm confused. You *meant* to be the 6th vote thus lynching YoLF without giving him a chance to roleclaim... after we just went through the same process with you?
