Doesn't seem really important, refusal of services are a person-to-person interaction, so in any case that doesn't mean anything, or enough to show up normally on Stat, and manse privs? manses are nice, but they are still secondary to the game (even though I'm going to love the day I finally get a throne, erm and a manse
