Its been telepathic for 3 days for me so far.
Its really cool when your trying to find things with your hunting companion.
I think its a lag issue.

Shiri2005-11-04 08:42:57
Weird...it's kind of annoying though, it keeps having blank lines after the commands I put in. Meh. I have been lagging the last couple days though, but I didn't notice this before.
Daganev2005-11-04 18:48:26
apparently we are the only two who care.
Shiri2005-11-06 10:30:40
You're probably right. Vix should have posted already if she cared, and I don't really know anyone else that isn't a newbie that uses JAVA.
EDIT: Apart from Azora. She doesn't really post much though.

Narsrim2005-11-06 10:31:45
what's the problem?
Shiri2005-11-06 10:33:36
The command echo is coming AFTER the in-game results of the command, as in on the following prompt. It's disorientating and annoying.
Narsrim2005-11-06 10:36:39
oh, that's weird.

This is worse:
6864h, 8400m, 6600e, 10p exk-ct some people like to do that, it's not to be taken as serious as you may think

Part of what I said was just plain cut off.. I'm still trying to figure out why. Sometimes when I try to tell people something with TELL it appears as if they were not in the realm, when in fact -they are-. And I'm trans planar!

check aliases? is 'as' something aliased?
Narsrim2005-11-06 14:05:37
Morik,
I'm going to give you another chance. Do you see something wrong in your logic considering *only* "as you may think" was cut off?

no.. no such alias..
Soll2005-11-06 16:47:27
Any part of 'as you may think' gagged? Also, if you use zMUD, it auto-gags any line which contains your password.
Xenthos2005-11-06 17:08:14
I will bet you $10 that the gag is "You may (*)"

Mechanic's Corner? Like I check the posts here.
Works fine for me (though I didn't get only last night).
Daganev2005-11-06 19:03:46
Yes this is why in other posts I said that Java has become Psychic.
I still get it now and then.
For example:
Your hunting companion has found a gorgog
bond seek gorgog
Then I sit for a few seconds waiting to get a responce from the game that my hound has or has not found anything, only to find out that my companion found it before I typed in the request.
I still get it now and then.

tsaephai2005-11-07 01:19:25
it did that to me a while ago(like a month ago, for a couple days), not recently though.

Yeah, that's why it's disorientating.
Vix2005-11-08 02:52:03
Still hasn't happened to me.
