The problem is we can have 500 people who want Astral back, and 2 who don't and those 2 will level it for ever and ever more.

And don't say "Try and enforce some astral policy." Its a damn lost cause.

Yea, thats why we need some change to astral or it will be empty forever.

Make it hard like catacumbs, one or two persons wont be able to empty all nodes. It would need a samall team. It still will be possible but not so easy anymore.
