'Xactly, Acrune. Uniqueness is what makes Lusternia the only IRE MUD that I could consider playing.

A refinement of the poses idea:
And a few poses from me. Sorry if any of these are redundant:
SOB: Someone is here, sobbing quietly.
SLUMP: Someone is here, looking quite miserable.
FUME: Someone is here, clenching his fists in anger.

Subj: Poses 2.0
Added a few things to poses:
- They now do genders. Yay! You'll see his/her, himself/herself,
etc in some of the new ones.
- I added a new command, SETPOSE. This can be used in two ways:
 1) While you are in a pose, you can SETPOSE. This will 'freeze'
that pose on you, allowing you to do other emotes
(pre-defined or custom) without changing your pose. Other
things that unpose you still will.
 2) At any point in time, you can SETPOSE. This will
change your pose to the one associated with that emote (and
'freeze' it) -without- displaying the emote. So, once you know
the poses a bit, you will be able to use this to set a pose
with a custom emote and such. Or you could be sneaky and smile
innocently without letting on to that fact. Etc, etc. Have fun.
- There are also a bunch of new poses that were mostly gleaned from
your suggestions. I'll leave you to discover them all. And, yes
Shoshara, there is a pose for contemplate now.

Add in the death count thing that I beleive its Imperian has. It lets you see how many things/people you have killed as well as how many things you have been killed by, adventurers/mobs ect.
Cwin2005-11-14 13:11:19
Blah. That doesn't realy offer much and could turn into another unRP statistic we have to pretend doesn't exist but can't help looking at.
Acrune2005-11-14 14:49:10
You could RP being a dork and keeping track of it all
Nah, I don't like the idea either.

Torak2005-11-14 20:02:25
It's in score..its not meant for RP..it is just a nice add on. Do you honestly take everything from score as RP?
Penelope2005-11-17 22:38:26
I only have one I'd like to see really to go along with KNEEL
Kneel: Someone is here, knelt in silent prayer/meditation.

I'm still waiting for poses, Estarra.
Also, I dunno where I saw this, but can we please have SMOKE PIPE WITH COLTSFOOT and SMOKE PIPE WITH MYRTLE, which automatically smoke any lit pipe in your inventory with the appropriate herb? Or even better, just SMOKE COLTSFOOT? Having to set pipe numbers is annoying. We don't have to do that for vials, why pipes?

That would make me happy. Or make pipes last longer so we don't have to change our systems every couple weeks.

Or buy arties, because they're pretty and cut down on spam. No one likes spam. Buy the shinies!

I just got artisan pipes. They don't cost much and last like 140 months.
Terenas2005-11-25 09:10:12
Some of things I'd like to be stolen from Imperian
light pipes- light all the pipes in your inventory at once, instead of each and everyone of them, saves us all the spam
A message for the herb that was smoked- You take a long drag off your myrtle pipe.
Keep defenses after death.

Ooooooooooooooooooooh.
For all of them.
Vix2005-11-25 19:14:34
Don't forget being able to target the pipe with an herb specifically:
SMOKE MYRTLE for example rather than SMOKE pipe12345.

Well, Lich stays when you quit...so you don't have to waste 10 power every time you log in.
So it seems fair that things like drawdown, nightkiss, stagform, crowform (hah) shouldn't go when you die. It's been envoyed that either some skills like those or all skills (I forget) should stay after death, but no luck.
