Sadly, two of my manse dweller ideas were shot down today. Meh. They were easy ones too.
Onto more ideas.
Onto more ideas.
That's kind of a disappointment. Manse dwellers shouldn't be too difficult to put in (the non-reaction stuff is just copy paste, and tacking on some tags, easy work for 100$ USD). Most reactions people could think of already exists somewhere in quest/greet mobprogs, which makes it a couple minutes of work for recycling the code.
If easy ones are getting shot down, I worry about my kitten.

Grandfather.....
If there is anything let me know...and I will be glad to do my best...to help....
I hope to measure up to One Day......
So I might as well start...
Maybe with the Carthan Home first....
Message me if you have anything that needs to be done....
Goodnight....And Happy Hunting

Well, we need credits right now, but ideas are always welcome. I've been looking for a protege, and since Verithrax left, I haven't really had anyone.

I know, it's unusual considering how open our admins are to both new ideas and taking our money for credits/artifacts.
The ideas, by the way, were a tradeskill only teacher for the tradehall, and a bartender that could store drinks given to him (they would have to be non decay too, that may have been part of the rejection reasoning), and then if given a certain amount of gold, he would give you a drink.

Both of those sound very cool.

Eh, I understand much better now. You're asking for a private teacher and shopkeeper. I can more then understand why those would get rejected.

I will help out anyway I can....at the moment I have I think like 200 credits on the way...its just a time when they get here....
And I would like to learn from you.....
Thank you Grandfather,
Sylvanis

You know Sylvanis, you need not be in-character in the forums. It sounds odd that you, the player, is calling Richter's player your grandfather.

Well, yes, but tradeskill only, and the shopkeeper would require me to stock him. I suppose at this point, they're not wanting to do extras like that. However, until recently, they weren't willing to do manse denizens (with the exception of allowing me to have Nocturne and Lycosa reset in Deepnight).
Upwards and onwards! I'm going to submit my first dweller request soonish.

We've got our guide, thanks in part to donations! Now to finish creating the reactions and have them loaded.
He is an ordinary human changeling, and is just under six feet tall. Flowing black robes cover his lithe form, and tight links of chainmail glitter where the collar of his robes dip into a small V shape. Worn as a necklace, a small ivory cameo can be seen on a silver chain, with a depiction of a female that shifts between various racial forms. His unkempt brown hair flutters about at the first sign of any breeze, or as he walks about. A masterfully crafted steel longsword has been strapped to his back, and an onyx dagger hangs loosely at his side, briefly reflecting light as it moves.
Fearion, the guide is a humble-looking creature.
He weighs about 187 pounds.
He is loyal to Archon Richter Carthan.
Next one is going to be a morphling, I think. Only 220 more credits!

Hey Richter, do a light-ish morphling this time? To contrast your morphling.
Anarias2007-05-09 18:46:31
Does the guide have any relation to the Espeon or Umbreon?
Richter2007-05-10 02:31:56
No, but you get a billion points if anyone gets the reference the character's name makes.

We aren't talking about my name.
Well, at least, not my name on this game!
