Dying twice sucks though, is the exp lost the same as praying?

If you die but come back with vitae, you'll lose much less XP than praying. However, if you die, come back, and then die right afterwards, you'll end up losing more.

Went from level 67 (50%) to level 66 (80%). All those fesix died in vain...

EDIT:Makes me really wanna petition the gods about the massive ecp loss to dying, onece i dropped 2 levels from 49(89%) to 47(30%) becouse my connection went out. That my friends is not fun.

I wonder whether we could get them to remove the part about Nil. That phrase is just so annoying... Ah yes and, holly doesn't really have a part in this, me thinks. Fix plz?

and seriously, thats not even a lot of exp. Its perhaps a lot in terms of numbers, but even at your level you can make that back in an hour at most.

Let me suggest a few things you can do about falling into pits, so that they don't appear as invincible as seen in the log.

1) Use levitation. Being levitated would prevent the initial stun and the broken legs.

2) Need to shield as soon as you fall into a snakepit, since snakes (except one type) cannot hit through shield. If you try CLIMB UP without shielding, the cobras have a chance to knock you down again.

3) If you fall into a spikepit, which is a lot less deadly than a snakepit, you need to DIAGNOSE straight away to clear any afflictions you may have.

4) You can also FLY out of a pit.

5) You can also SNORT SPORES to get out of a pit.

6) Your entourage can attack while you are still in the pit, so your demon can provide some hinderance while you heal or climb.

I am not saying pits are worthless, they are actually the best part about the entire Tracking skillset. They can be annoying, but no where as good as other trans skills like Trueheal, Drawdown, Transmigration etc.

I lose about 60% or so from an enemy territory praying death.....At my lvl (78) thats about 8 or so hours of bashing.

If a lvl 90 or 95 prays thats at least a DAY, a REAL LIFE DAY of bashing....Like i said before remove or seriously NERF the xp loss of death, death is overpowered

psh just don't fall into his traps (he likes to sit there and let you think he is near death and then pretends to run, waiting for you to fall into his traps) and you'll be fine.

Use fly or burrow to chase him and you'll have a much better chance
