When i was heavy into lusternia i found myself sleeping for 3-4 hours a night and then i would get sick most of the time. Now that i don't have lusternia to run to i am sleeping on average about 7-9 hours a night which is really nice to go through the day in a non-zombie like trance.

Well, with no lusternia I have discovered I have time to go to the cinema, read books, do the college homework and sleep enough to be profitable at work. And I was not even a hardcore player, just had a lot of things to do in game
But with Lusternia I saved a lot of money by not doing all those things!

'far as I'm concerned, if you don't have time for that sort of thing you're playing too much anyway.. and Marcalo.. damn. 3-4 hrs sleep because of Lusternia? I get back ache after 2 hours sitting in front of a computer, my posture is so poor. No way I could play all day.

Problem is that you come around just to say hello and check news. Then something cames up. When that's finished, you're fully deffed up so why not questing a bit. And then, surprise, friends come around and you need to stay and talk to them.
And then you look at the clock and notice you've been 4h in front of the computer and it's time to go to sleep (I finish work at 7).
4h a day isn't sooo much!
