Congratulations to the gods and admins for the event; it's been rather interesting so far, and sprouted some good roleplay, and some silly jokes about how Glom is full of wyrdoes now. Let's hope Glom will be more interesting from now on, and congratulations on the comeback, Viravain and Isune.

Viravain Isune Crow Night, came out with the Ebonglom WYRD, and Crow night went back, Isune shouted like, what have i done, and ran off, and Viravain is all back and cool, and Glomdoring is Wyrden Forest, and not tainted at all, except for some rooms that are still infested.

The wyrd, i beleive is actually some Fae thing.

Oh yes, we'll just cast a blind eye specifically with you enslaving Fae.

Just because it is wyrden forest doesnt make it not taint.. From what I understood wyrd was an evolved form

Is Crow Raven now? And... what about the Ravenwood/Night/Crow/Brennan/Rowena/Shadowfaelings... are they still tainted?



And is this wyrd thing supposed to replace the wyrm?

And what about the Ethereal plane? Ethereal wyrden woods?

And are there still zombies and things?

And does anything in Glomdoring look different?

I don't think they will anymore. Blacktalon/Shadowdancer skills must've changed.

The wyrd isn't tainted, Glomdoring isn't tainted it's Wyrden, Night and Crow are the same, as well as everything bar the Ebonglom Wyrm, which is now the Ebonglom Wyrd. Someome put up a log of what happened already.

Scholars later discovered that 'wyrd' was a fae word that could be
loosely translated to mean "a powerful event which changes the course of
the Fates". Viravain and Isune together created the Wyrd of Glomdoring,
made manifest by the Ebonglom Wyrdling, which had emerged from the
cocoon. Apparently, the goddesses had attempted to recreate the forest
itself, Isune who tried to instill beauty and Viravain who tried to
invoke greater power. However, because the visions of the goddesses were
warped by Kethuru, they did not touch the forest at all, although they
individually thought they were doing so. Instead, their magics only
touched only the taint itself.
Thus, the Wyrd of Glomdoring came to be, which transformed the taint
itself. What has sprung in its place is nothing anyone could have
imagined or foreseen. The word "Wyrd" now only means one thing to the
fae: that which was once the taint which now rests in Glomdoring, where
the earth itself is wyrden and the repercussions are only just beginning
to be felt.

...oh. Ah well, it'll give Glomdoring players a nicer position to argue from.

I suspect it won't change much about the relationship between Serenwilde and Glomdoring though.

It IS a form of taint

Wyrd is like a tapestry of your fate/destiny. The cords of your future, so to speak. At least in a Nordic context.

Viravain tried to strengthen the taint while Isune tried to make it into something more beautiful.
