Well, the way Endlessnite was describing it, it sounded like it'd be something that'd have to be given to the guests by a city official (so Mag wouldn't have Arix spamming the channel with the whirlpool song unless someone invited him on it).

Nahh, I wouldn't spam the channel. And I'm kinda getting tired of the whirlpool song. I tried singing it IRL earlier, and it totally doesn't work

Would there BE a CVTwho? I don't think there should be one, as it seems like an awfully high ability to be able to tell who's in your city without using a skill.

Why not yelling? It works well enough, I doubt cities are empty at any moment so nobody would answer your yells...

Yelling is so tacky. I don't like doing it unless I either can't find a specific person, don't want to run into anyone, or just want to send a particular bit of information over a localized area, as opposed to shouting
