My question is:
If i use ARTIFACT REMOVE FROM , do i get runes that i would be able to put on other weapon, like when i get better one or when i switch speciality and would like to put them on my new weapon? Or do i get 2/3 credits of rune value, like 100cr for rune worth 150cr?

From the way it is worded, it appears that you can pull your runes off, and then trade those in.

I would like to check them on other set of swords but i dotn want to remove them and see that i need to pay another 100cr to get them back.
So i need to be 101% sure that i will get runes not only credits.

Sounds more like it removes them and trades them in, simultaneously. So to only remove them from your weapon if you plan on getting new ones, or another artifact, what have you. I reason this because of the inclusion of the 'you get 2/3 back blaa blaa' that is part of the command's description. Otherwise, it would say something like 'you then must use artifact tradein confirm to get your 2/3 credits, or put it onto another weapon'.

wow i thought you could remove replace onto different weapons, i think its a bit stupid not to be able to test them and switch around. Either way ekard you need no runes you hit me for 3k damage in one dsl yesterday

But i would like to try them on second set of swords too. With less damage but more precision. And i dont want to lose them, so i wont be trying it for now. A divine/admin answer would be nice, but no rush, they have better things to do.

It removes them and trades them in, and you get back 2/3's of the value. This is no different than it was before if you wanted to move runes from one weapon to another, you traded the rune in, and then purchased new ones.

If it didn't trade them in, runes would be by far the BEST artifact in the game, you could buy 1 set and move them around to what ever weapons you felt like using at the time.
