I thought that's what a new one went for, isn't it? I didn't check prices... But it comes with some furniture, so I thought that might make for a nice deal.

So why would I buy a slightly used manse that has your (potential) virtual mudsex stains when I could by my own for the same price... fresh and clean?

I am talking about the short name of the manse. Like if you look up Portal search those names listed there can never be changed.

Gives it character. I've always preferred places with a little bit o history.. even if it can be summarised by notches on the table legs.

Yes you can, I bought "shadows" from chade, changed it to "cathedral", and now someone else has it under something different, I believe.

Only thing a used manse does is save you the trouble of figuring out the commands to set it up No reason it should be inherenetly cheaper save that the person wants to get rid of it.
