Yes because everyone would be a fan of prohibition.
If I were president I'd bring back the roman gladiators and put the lifers in there to duke it out. Give them whips and fun weapons to beat the tar out of each other. Then I'd televise it on Pay-per-view. So that putting people in jail for life and or giving people the death penalty actually put money into the budget.

Oh, I'd have to assassinate you if you were anti-alcohol. I was aiming more for the legalize pot because it isn't really that bad campaign
And if you support the death penalty, I totally recant my vote.

For me, it's all very simple:
Morals: I was raised in a Christian family, but I never really "got" it, I suppose. I think it comes from being too much of a logical, literal thinker. However, I follow common sense, and I get great pleasure out of other people's happiness. So, if I don't act like an idiot, and I don't cause pain to those around me, I'm happy.
As for the drugs and alcohol... I stay away from drugs altogether, and though I used to drink somewhat often in college, I don't at all anymore. It's not that I won't, but I've had some bad times with it before, and I don't particularly like to drink just to get drunk, like so many seem to do.
Lastly, to tie it all together, most of the things that are "immoral", as well as drugs, and alcohol (for the next six months), are illegal. Besides me using my common sense, I have no wish to get hauled off on drug/alcohol/anything else charges.

Without derailing, I'm still curious to find out what constitutes a "moral value."
I've given a definition of a value. I've given a definition of a moral (which are not my own concoction, but rather accepted definitions you will find in most sociology texts as well as oxford dictionary).
Everytime someone has tried to define "moral value," they just end up giving a round about definition of a "moral."

From what I understand, a moral value is something you hold true to yourself, as determined by your interpretation of what you feel is acceptable.
Quite probably wrong though.

I'd vote for you! I think putting em in jail for life is lame. They have it easier than the real world in there and it's using a huge amount of tax money. It's really a waste and saying, "Hey.. I can live for free if I go commit a major crime!"

Someone should make an Ialie-style campaign poster
