From my point and view, Joli did what she felt best and/or wanted to do. If she felt that she didn't want to say good bye to anyone then..she didn't have to do it. Yah, you can sit there and seethe all ya want, it's Joli's choice to do as she wishes.

If people in game decide that they want to kill her for her betrayal, then that is their right too. Actions do have consequences, and both sides will have to deal with those consequences.

I do expect I will be hunted a bit. It will be another thing if they actually catch me though.

I think what people fail to understand is that I was either going to stop playing or make another character who would have been in Magnagora anyway.

No.. just wary of a god of peace who's followeres erected a shrine at a critical location for Celest (defending-wise) and DID NOT ASK THE COUNCIL FOR PERMISSION as far as I know. I still say that shrine should be removed but there's more important things for now.

At the time.. Wasn't Joli Apart of the council. Guild GA or something important like that?
