Lobstrosities and parasites both take things that lie on the ground, including gold, so the 1100 gold you found with one might be a leftover from the wildnodes event when someone died and a lobby came and took the gold.

Hmm, could be but it was more then once and i come there like hour after wildnodes ended.

She's not worth the trouble. We need more high-level influencing mobs! At the higher levels, they just give such cruddy experience for the effort Tosha is the best place by far, as Charity is the easiest influencing type by FAR.

So, to get back on topic, sentient virgins that can be influenced and are friendly? The wild energies of the Astral Plane made the twisted nightmares that live there sentient, and so they can now be influenced.

Has anybody gotten a psychotic level yet? Just speculating. Wonder if it's something like this.

I also wonder if Wildnodes are going to be a necessary evil. Estarra has shouted that the Nexuses are safe. I bet if people don't participate in this event something bad might happen to their communities. So it will be like a rock and a hard place.

They gave the message that a "king's ransom" spills out I think. It just says a pile of golden sovereigns falls out of the corpse if they picked it up. During the wildnodes event Terenas killed a goat and it dropped a king's ransom. Of course, probably don't matter since they don't give gold now.

Well, I'm glad the normal creatures are still of reasonable strength, but I guess all the spawns are just meant to be for titans/near titans.

It does kinda annoy me that the cubix is far more useless now, but oh well.

The insanity is great, but the upgrade to linked strength doesn't seem very necessary. We need another high level, neutral, bashing ground for non-titans.

I have no problem with no gold from astral, it was always stupid to see how some kind of monster drop gold. What a large scorpion do with gold? Buying a sandwitch from shop?

No. If the mob picked up the gold, when it dies it will drop its gold separately from the gold it picked up. The fact that it happened to me twice and to several others as well, including goats, meant that it was an oversight at the beginning.

Ok, i'm going to bed now, i hope that when i get up i will se more people who see that this change is a bit too much. And admins will change it a little
