I know absolutely nothing except that I bought a new laptop on Wednesday, and when I try to run COD2 on it I get this.

Something I should mention, probably: During the installation, one of the very end files took a long time.. Dunno what it is. Reinstall? Troubleshoot? I dunno.

Looks like you need something else than on-board graphics. I just googled around and found a similar post, but I'll see if there's anything that could resolve this other than buying a graphics card (if possible) for your laptop.
