Verithrax treats his 'enemies' neutrally, almost as well as he treats commune mates, as long as they're not explicitly enemied. He really sees no point in killing a Magnagoran just because he's looking around Serenwilde, and will in fact defend a Magnagoran's right to visit the forest if he poses no threat (Everyone has the right to admire the forest's beauty, after all). He won't go to ridiculous lengths to do that (Such as defending him when he gets attacked by a trigger happy Narsrim) but he will criticize anyone who kills someone based only on affiliation. But don't expect that kind of polite, enlightened behaviour from most Serens.
