I recently started the Lusternian Idea Development forum. This is a forum run by me, for use in developing complete ideas, none of this "I wish we had such and such stuff", it's more like "here's ten pages of why I want this, and the details on it". This is only for people who can handle something like this, and just because I run it, and it's more of a personal thing, it's by invitation only (or asking nicely, and me saying yes ).

Part of the reason I'm bothering to make a post about it is that I've gotten one or two people with names I don't recognize. Naturally, I'm not going to approve that account if I don't recognize it. If you're trying to join, make sure you've spoken with me first, and I recognize the name as either a character or forum name (I can cross-reference IP's from both forums, so no being a pain).

The forums are only for serious discussion on Lusternian ideas. I'm hoping that by making the induction part this strict, I can be free of the normal nonsense. However, if there's someone causing a problem, there's the ban button. No warnings, but who would want to cause trouble in an ideas forum.

So, if there are questions, PM me, if your account hasn't been validated, ask me about it, and if there are complaits, I can't help you there. Hopefully, something neat will come from all of this.

Sorry, that's me--it's my initials. I'm stuck with the name Phred her and I don't like using character names.

You don't like using character names on a private forum that asks you to use character names?

The first idea has been posted, looks like it'd be about two pages in word, since it's detailed.

I'll stop posting here now, since we're gaining members, and it looks like the forum will probably start to take off.
