I really don't think that's a good thing to try and judge anything by during day one when a lot of votes are random anyway. Most people have voted for more than one person already at this point so making that kind of assumption is silly and just throws people off.

Still not convinced about Kiarlea, myself. What do you mean it's "like her pro-town play"? Maybe it was just a mistake but I'm not seeing much better evidence around here.

And, I didn't ask the scrier to come out. That's purely up to them. I'm not sure if you're attempting to misrepresent what I said or if you misunderstood it. This is a 7-player game with a setup that I'm fairly familiar with since I've played in 3 games with this setup before. I was hoping for us to discuss some strategy options, but everyone apparently glazed over on that one.

Shiri, I've modded games with Kiarlea and played a game with her on mafiascum. Her playstyle between when she's scum and when she's not differs in a distinct way. This isn't her scum-play as far as I can tell.

Also, I think using voting from day one is very useful as voting patterns can reveal a lot, even if they're 'random.' The fact that you suggest that they're not useful makes me even more suspicious of you. I'm liking my vote.

I'll have to read up on the first. But as for the second? I disagree. I think it's more suspicious to be drawing arbitrary conclusions from relaxing a vote when everyone else has done so many of the same thing there. You could just as easily say that me unvoting Kiarlea was a sign of both of us being scum together. The two don't go together, and you certainly haven't expressed any desire to explain how you came to one conclusion but not the other, right there.

He lurked, showed up, unvoted you with no reason, then FOSed someone who appears relatively pro-town to me, but didn't vote them. Scum afraid to put their vote where their mouth is possibly?

Meh, Etanru really has me twitching at the moment... maybe I'm gunshy from the last game when he acted the EXACT same way and was scum. I'm going to go with a FOS: Etanru. That makes two votes and 2 FOS's, Etanru, so this might be a good time to fess up.

And Shiri, her reasoning isn't COMPLETELY faulty. She is used to reading a lot into things. I'm seeing it more as "an extension built upon a foundation of suspiciousness already aimed at Etanru" than as the sole reason.
