As far as I know, I was the only one who used it in such a way (in the arena), and I wasn't a Blacktalon. I was also only one of three or so with the skill. *coughs*

Unless it's been fixed relatively recently, we're the ones who broke it. Remember when we tried to test the new super-secret conditional added effect? It hasn't worked for me since.

I've bugged it. Twice, actually. Once when we were testing and it didn't work, then again when I realized I broke the whole thing.
