I think whatshisface who did Vodlemort in Harry Potter: Goblet of Fire would make a rather good Erion. As for Kalodan, Iunno.. Perky, peppy, little kiddish.. I'd say some random six year old with a really high-pitched voice, who can throw really awesome temper tantrums, but at the same time can be dark and brooding as he matures, and then just sarcastic and completely not his character.

I know that the film was bad but he played Wiedzmin quite good. And he looks realy good.

I think Wesley Snipes could play Geb. Geb rarely talks, so Wesley would fit the role perfectly if he is not given too many lines but many action scenes.

Unless there's a scene in the Moondance Tower, don't worry about casting Tsuki ... since you'd rarely see her outside it.
