So I was thinking, what if it actually was slower/faster healing balance instead of modifying the amount. Like with herbs balance. If level 1 was 10%, level 2 - 20%, it could be considered an upgrade actually. And those with healing penalties wouldn't waste more health sips.

Thoughts?
