I've heard a lot of cries 'nerf stuff for Wildnodes because Mag keeps winning'. It makes me sad. I'm wondering if the ideas would be the same if someone else won.

But I do agree that perhaps people should be able to get up/down easier.

Also, astral insanity does make a difference, at least for me. Curing is harder, attacking is harder, and when people link to take us down, there's almost no chance of getting away, due to constant knockdown, insantity interfering in curing and fleeing... just little things, really.

Sure, Magnagora uses the great abilities and powers of Daevos and Kaervas, but doesn't the Serenwilde use the powers of Narsrim and Munsia? Doesn't Celest use the powers of Amaru? In every organization there are power players. These players are the figureheads of the their groups, and by saying that these said figures are over powered or play to much is just whinage. My usage of the waaahmbulance is never liberal. When I see someone who needs it, I will call it. And yes Shorlen, I am a censor.gif . Your point?

Aaaanyway, I believe both greater pentagrams and linking through grace are pretty bad strategies. Greater Pents are so hard for a group to move through that you're unlikely to launch an effective attack through one, and even Daevos or Kaervas can't tank 5+ goats at once.

I still stand by my belief that grace should be stripped the moment you move off of prime.

No, not really. Narsrim, Munsia, and Amaru don't really live on Lusternian. So Celest and Serenwilde function without said 'powers'. With Magnagora... they never really do anything without Daevos in the lead.

Id like to mention that Celest, Serenwilde and Glomdoring now have an advantage over Mag. Yeah, they may be stronger but they have so much longer to wait in getting rid of Insanity now.

as someone who had someone "cure" insanity: I was at high "highly neurotic". One cure didn't budge me. Then they couldn't cure insanity any more. I was still at highly neurotic.

Demenses make most events un-fun. It's not the players. It's not Daevos :roll: It's having to fight to gain demense control in every event that happens. Be it villages, nodes, wargames.. it's all about the demense. I'm tired of it.

And why not give geo/aqua demense summon a delay? Why not?

and to note Mag would NOT own if they did not have astral wide unstoppable demense summon. Note. Druids have (if we have a moondancer around) local area summon that gives a delay now called wisp and guess what.. we still cant even do this alone and yes this pulls entourages now so nerf demesne summon tongue.gif

Still more than Magnagora has Morik, dont look a gift horse in the mouth and be grateful someone actually came up with a semi-good cure to the thing that irritates most of us.

Not to mention to thank Marina and Lacostian for coming together to make the event that -got- us the cure. No, well just ignore the work in it.

Thanks everyone who was there last night, too many for me to remember how names are spelt and such.
