So without Drawdown, that's 33/235/201

And discussing it with Ex.

Quite possibly the best weapon ever forged.
Ceren2008-03-08 05:23:37
It's flawless...
Ildaudid2008-03-08 05:28:47
Awesome job!
I miss the knight archetype. Probably why I don't play as much. Kick ass sword though. Now tryin to pair it will be a nightmare but.... still killer.
Rika2008-03-08 05:36:54
He has a x/235/204 already I think...
Unknown2008-03-08 05:38:50
Newp, well not that I know of, I might have magically forged one without me knowing.
Rika2008-03-08 05:43:47
Didn't you show me that one? Or is that the same one? I just saw max prec and very high speed.
Unknown2008-03-08 05:47:18
Same one, I think. I wish I had a second one that good, it'd be so awesome. freaked.gif
Rika2008-03-08 05:48:11
Then you can make me a pair and give me loads of credits to show how OP warrior runes can get. tongue.gif

Don't get people on warriors, the game has enough people wanting to nerf other people. And they don't listen to the whole I have 2000$ worth of artifacts on me for combat purposes. They just want to see nerfs. So tread lightly young padawan wink.gif
Rika2008-03-08 06:16:05
But I'm asking to nerf my own archetype, and so, I must be right. smile.gif

Which would make it that much funnier if the arties got nerfed tongue.gif

It would. Because if arties got nerfed, then the Admin might actually make the Warrior archetype balanced, so that normal people might actually stand a chance against artied/titaned/champ helmed people instead of it being an absolutely ridiculous exercise that it isn't worth bothering with.

QFT. However, I do not see this ever happening, as it has been pointed out how much these people pay for the runes.
Ildaudid2008-03-08 06:53:04
But what would be the compensation for the warriors who have actually spent serious money on artifacts just to be able to compete with archetypes who need no artifacts at all?

Would they mail them a check for their nerfed arties? Doubtful. Would they give them credit refunds on any IRE game they wanted for it? Doubt it.

I wonder what they would do. I know if they were credit refunds that I would want mine on another IRE game so I could start off with some there. But seriously, what do you think they would do? You think they would say "Sorry, but well... thanks for all that money for artifacts that are no where near as useful as we pumped them up to be at the beginning."

Can open. Worms everywhere.

This argument will get you no where. You can show 100 logs of how artie piles carve through people with little to no effort and make a case for how unbalanced it is. They will then play the "We fund this game" card and you can't really beat that.
Unknown2008-03-08 11:55:58
You stay away from my weapon runes. Don't nerf what I worked for years, literally, to acquire. sad.gif
Unknown2008-03-08 14:42:10
Minor tangent- seeing as artifact runes can only be applied to weapons with base stats below a certain value, doesn't this make Bianca's "artie piles" a pretty straight forward mathmatical affair?

And seeing as it is such, is it possible for, say druids or guardians or whoever else to be an "arti pile" too? Albiet with different types of arties?

I'm asking because I honestly don't know, not because I'm trying to make a point.

Come now. All they really need to do is 1) Give refunds for all weapon runes, 2) Make them runes like all other runes (attachable to jewellery, and give you an effect when worn). Then it'll work no matter what the weapon, don't have to buy tons of the things just to compete, and it's possible to actually balance them just like any other artifact because it's not such an obscene purchase.

I'm sure you could think of something to do with extra credits!

And no, Rainydays: Warriors have the most artifacts that directly affect our offense (damage, speed, wounding). They also cost a huge amount, and only modify one weapon.
