It wouldn't be that hard, actually. Outsource to a printing store to make the prints, use IRE as a source to make the website, get credentials to become a store, and buy a license to sell online.

Cafepress is easy to use, I set one up earlier in the year for some Lusternia-related stuff, but forgot about it. There was a "ban shiri" shirt.
