I am not sure if this has been answered or not, but on the tells of OOC and IC.

If you read the help file regarding this, they don't really like ooc conversation in the game, however if you must you can, but its frowned on.
I barely ever get Out of character, and if I do I mark ooc - or (ooc -)
That way people know when I'm stepping out of character to say something, but I only use to either correct a miss spelling, or to make sure someone understood something, so even my OOC's still deal with the game.
However if I start to notice that we are getting way to much ooc conversation between me and the player over tells or messages, I then just turn around and say, "Do you have aim, yim, icq, or msn?" and then we take all the rest of our jibber jabber outside of the game so it isn't like effecting my mood in game, haha.

When I get IC, I get IC.

I wouldn't be so sure, as the current administation has at least one member who knows one or more of the following non-English languages:

Korean, German, Italian, French, Portugese, Chinese, Norwegian, Dutch, Spanish, *Welsh, Japanese, Latin, and yes, Pig Latin as well. None of your tells are safe!

And I think there are even other polish players to talk too. Unfortunately I think I am the only Welsh speaker so my tells would just confuse everyone.

I haven't ever played it I am aware of its existence, was much more a Hunter player myself. But Sidhe is just P-Celtic languages word for Faerie it literally means People Of The Hills
