Just a little bit of a fun topic, but which novice titles do you like the best? Personally I am really impressed by the Nihilist's "Instrument of the Fates".

I'm fond of 'Pupil'.

Ahem. In all seriousness, I like the Blacktalon's. The imagery "Shadow of Crow" brings to mind is just lovely.

I think the most thought went into the Nihilist titles, of any rank. I do love them.

I love the Nihilist ones as well. Took me awhile to realize that 'Instrument of the Fates' is actually a derogatory term and thus all the more fitting. Ur'guard are fun too, though I'm not sure if they still call all their novices maggots.

I liked the instrument of fates one as well. But not for me yknow, since I'm not into that sort of crap. Not like all you crazies posting blahdies on your thread about ...willing sacrifices an' crap.

I'm quite amused by the ur'guard's "ur'grunt".. though a little confused. Doesn't the ur imply undeadness?

Hey, we in the Ebonguard just changed our novice titles to be Wards of the Wyrd... Which I like.
