I love this, not sure when it was implemented, but lovin' it.

Dancing and twirling, an enormous, ridiculously pink elephant turns to you,
offering you a cup of tea.
-- My favourite insanity message. I love it.

Even though I've been playing this game since day one, and I'm a big, tough warrior (heh), the Astral Plane still scares the livin' daylights outta me! The room names, descriptions, ambience messages, and the danger of half a dozen ferocious creatures really makes it exciting to visit. I only recently ventured off of Cancer, and only just long enough to map out most of Aquarius and quickly hop back onto Cancer. I'm afraid of running into more big baddies that give afflictions for which I have no reflexes or getting stranded when the spheres disconnect. Really great job making a creepy and strange atmosphere up there!

I love Rockeaters. the way they -always- burrow from room too room. And I laughed when I found out they were used to make Gemstones.

I love/miss the FFA minstrels singing about the people who enter the event each time.

Wondering why your mother is comforting your sniffling nymph, and then suddenly Queen Maeve is telling you to stop all fighting in faethorn. I'm still on an RP high.
Got some great airtime with Shayle too.
you Shayle, even if your character is a heartless conniving slaver, and it breaks my character’s heart.

Fain's new shrine design makes me almost want to convert.
Almost.
Almost.

QUOTE(Rampant Badassery)
Within a wet cloud of swirling crimson vapour stands a polished cube of black
marble. As the scarlet miasma touches it, a ruddy, blood-like fluid condenses
and smears slowly downwards, before congealing and becoming entirely absorbed
into the surface of the stone. The burnished sides of the shrine reflect a
hideously distorted view of its surroundings, and deep beneath the surface,
shadowy figures can be discerned, dancing in ghastly agony to the step of an
endless waltz. With each measured beat, the crimson mists shift in sympathy,
spattering the altar with a shower of blood, and the stone throbs darkly as it
drinks it in.
It weighs about 375 pounds

I love Butter and Perriwinkle, they're so cute! I don't use the word cute too often, but damnit they just make me giggle like a prepubesent school girl.

The way you can pick the Celestian cats up. I don't know why, I just love that.
Oh, and I love the way you can just choose to be a certain class, but you can choose whether to be good or evil. In all other IRE games, Magi had to be good, for example. Cabalists had to be bad. I just didn't like it. But here, you can pick! You can be a good mage with good Priests on your side, or a bad mage with bad priests. I love the flexibility. It's really good when helping a friend make a character. Foolproof method:
1. Do you want to be good or evil?
2. Do you want to live in a forest of a city?
If forest: Do you want to be a warrior and fight with weapons, be a druid and make places into forests and control that land, or be a wiccan and get lots of little spirits to help you with stuff?
If city: Do you want to be a warrior and fight with weapons, be a mage and make parts of the world watery/earthy and control it, or be a priest and get angels to help you?
It works! (all my friends somehow ended up being aquamancers though *innocent*)
