If eye sigils stopped dreamweavers, there'd be no spying use whatsoever.
It's not hard to outlast a dreamweaver attack, with a few triggers and using the right skills its next to impossible for them to hurt you significantly. (Edit: In dreamform I mean, not one-on-one combat with demesne etc)

I thought that the reason they couldnt open doors in dream form is because thats the only way in a city could get any true safe sleep without having to worry about a dreamweaver just walking in and having there way with them so to speak?
