Beer (proper beer. Ale. Not lager).. a nice Green King IPA or Wadworths 6X, or most of the Adnams varieties depending on my mood.
Failing that.
Gin and tonic. 2 cubes of ice, neatly sliced lemon. Bombay Sapphire preferably.. or Plymouth. Not Gordons, unless it's cheap.

At the moment, tea. I've gone off Coffee recently.. because I don't like Instant and I can't be arsed to make it properly.

Absinthe, Real Beers (i.e. things like HobGoblin or Samuel Smiths Bitter - though now I live down south I am having to drink let proper beers IPA Wadsworth) and Galliano

EDIT: Aiakon - not that Wadsworth or IPA are bad, just prefer northern beers with actual head.

The most northern I'm prepared to go for my beer is Newcastle Brown Ale. I hate beer with too much head.

I've always wanted to try Absinthe. And the discontinued Vanilla Coke? Wow, I thought it was pretty popular.
Oh and another fav drink of mine. Shirley Temple. It's the only way I'll drink Sprite since I don't drink sodas much.
