All cities have disbanded all the manses from their portal rooms. Is this a bug?

my theory is this: A renegade group of evil fluffy kittens has sealed the portal exits and entrances as a prelude to a massive attack that will rain destruction and death across the entire Basin. Our only hope is to have the tailors weave a giant ball of yarn to launch at them, thus causing a distraction. While they are thus distracted, I will catch them and train them as my evil minions.

Well that's going to be irritating.

Well.. that dark spirit did vanish into the Aetherways. This could be a bug, or it could be that little incident coming back to bite us.

I was told to submit a list of all the portals connected to Mag last month, so I assume this was planned. Should be taken care of, I hope. Though I won't mind charging everyone again!!!
