Tail Attacks and Dust kick up

I suggest maybe someone do some codeing for some racial attacks.
Kinda like how Dracnari should have like a tail attack, where they can use there tail as a weapon, or how something like a Trill should be able to use there wings to kick up dust to blind there target for a moment with dust.
Or like a Taurian able to use there horns to like rip someone open(kinda like headbutting only useing there horns as a weapon), or like say the Aslarn and those beast guys being able to use claw attacks.

Just saying I played a Beast Race on DnD and Tail attacks and thinks are fun, diffently when your tail can trip up something so they like fall over and gives you an advantage.

Dracnari have fire breath, that works well enough. Be nice to have other racial attacks that are just hinderences or dont do much but its really up to the Admins on it.

Merians: the "pityme" attack, which causes all of their enemies in the room to be peaced for five seconds due to the sight of the helpless crying merian. happy.gif

Faeling: the "cute" attack, which causes all enemies to be peaced and allows the Shadowlord/Shadowcaster to get a free attack in: as the Shadowlord/Shadowcaster Faeling looks incrediably cute and then shows their true affiliation to Crow and Night and turns viscious. happy.gif

Dwarf: Get Drunk. Instantly acts as though the dwarf has just downed five shots of vodka. Three second balance.

Mugwump: Tongue garrot

Choke the crap out of them with your deadly, natural weapon.

Wrong! Did you ever try to fight with a Frog state in FF 7? That could be a mugwump's natural attack. "Superior" kick, about 50-100 damage.

EDIT: Back to original topic. I strongly dislike racial attacks, because they would either be too weak to be actually used, or overpowered (by their own or in a combo with something else), and therefore resulting in everyone reincarnating into such a race.

One Narsrim does not make a race cool.

CT's Glenn does though.

Tuek, Kaervas, Kharvik, Niara, etc. We will rise up. Our first goal is to persecute and enslave our enemy race: the merians. We will then conquer the Basin for we with the wit of Mugwumpois are superior.

Pityme > tonge garrote. Your tongue will fall limply to the ground as the merian's cries cloud your judgement.

I'm a cruel heartless bastard. I may just have to sacrifice poor little Joiya to prove it.

Joiya's a little Merian girl, dont know what youre getting at. Do a little more research before saying something.

I'd say the assumption that she's fae wasn't too horrible considering its an area full of fae. Still, a Moondancer helping a corrupt Fae is about the same as them snuggling up to an Avatar of Night.

And considering some of the stuff you space, like, oh, a man's head attached to a woman's body, I'd say you should shush with the being condescending.

As for the mans on a womans body, it did look like that to me and I hadnt known otherwise. Its been said a ton of times that Joiya was a Merian and no, Narsrim as a Moondancer should not be helping a corrupt Fae. Though, if I remember correctly, Narsrim has killed Daughters of Night which are Fae Champions sent by Night, so if its a dark Fae its natural hed as a Moondancer want it converted back to Moon or dead. Many Moondancers have killed Fae, just the ones that they consider evil.

Though this whole thing is off topic.

So, racial attacks or hinderences..anyone?

happy.gif Something I like to point out IC.
Narsrim2006-01-21 19:42:45
Most of you people are so terribly ignorant, it pains me.

Jeitara is not a corrupt Fae. She isn't shadow bound. She isn't Tainted. When she was released upon the wish of Butter, Queen Maeve welcomed Jeitara back to her court. There is no reason the Moondancers should object to her. While she is certainly darker in nature so are banshees, willowisps, etc. We aren't "good." We can be as dark as we so desire so long as that doesn't deal with mistreating the Fae or dabbling in Taint.

Furthermore, I am also a Mugwump. Mugwumps have a strong ancestral hatred for Merians.

==============================================

That said, you really need to get your points straight Diamondais.

The Daughters of Night are champions sent by Mother Night. Mother Night is not a Fae. Albion is not a Fae. Gwyllgi is not a Fae. They are avatars of a Great Spirit of Nature (note the Fae are the lesser spirits). Thus, there is no reason I cannot banish them because they are not of Queen Maeve's court and are not Fae.

Furthermore as for shadowbound Fae, their physical body must be destroyed and placed within the well of souls, resurrecting them in a pure, un-shadowbound state.

No, no it mustn't.

There may be a BUG preventing it, but ICly, your own Avatars say to use honeycakes instead of killing them. Killing a fae is killing a fae, whether it's shadowbound or moonbound or neither. happy.gif

Have you talked to Albion? I thought you hadn't! I have so stfu.

We were instructed to bring the Fae to safety. The honeycake option was one way to do so. However, she never said do not kill shadowbound Fae to cleanse them in the Well of Souls. In fact, she has said in the past that's how you do and that's how we found out.
