I gotta say... the administration here is amazing. I make a silly comment and decide to play a practical joke on New Celest and suddenly Meleris is speaking and even creates a tree!

Kudos to whoever was behind that... these little things really make Lusternia worth coming back to.

Well, I didn't log it... but.. here's the basics.

I can't eve remember how it started, but I announced on CT that the Star Council had decided, after months of debate, to turn New Celest into a forest, to be known as the Commune of Celest. And Vesar being Vesar, people took him seriously (I don't joke around too much, but when I do....). So I had about half the city going, and the other half figured it out and jumped in. Before I knew it, Meleris was piping up that it was a great idea and he started growing a tree at the Pool.

Great, great, great RP, and off the cuff, too.

I was wondering what all the shouting was about. That's really cool. I'll have to so sneak in and look at the tree sooner or later.

It's currently in Vesar's inventory as a pile of raw lumber.

And I got a chance to act like a complete fanatic, make impassionate speeches, and yell at Laxinova. Priceless.

I can't really say I would like the idea of Celest becoming a commune, if they ever really started considering it. Mainly because I fear that Serenwilde and Celest will want to combine into one super commune..

When I saw Brennans news post I was thinking "wtf?" and then it went on to say it was a prank that was great Vesar and Admin!

I personally was very disappointed with the bulk of Celest. While it may have been a joke, most of the citizens did something like this:

Zomg! I can take alchemy now and like, we can climb into trees! Cheer! F-ing Supernal trash, we want Avatars! *grind against trees*

There were a few like Mimi who actually were like: umm, no thanks... but for the most part, celest was just willing to throw away its identity and worship an oak tree.

Yeah, I wish I'd been there for it, too... sounds like a lot of fun. I don't think I would've gone along with it quite so easily as it sounds like much of the city did. It would've been great.

Ya thanks Nars... I hope that comes back to bite them in the backside...like Lord Hajamin comes back and is all on Ct..
