How was i supposed to know this?

I wonder if we can build ships with their own docking stations. Imagine docking with another ship in aetherspace...

Now, if you had multiple docking stations, Deepnight could become the DS9 or the Babylon 5 of Lusternia.

I am curious as to what will happen. There will likely be battles, but what about trade. Are we trying for a Enterprise-like situation where you explore, gather strange elements, and trade with other beings. Will there be continents that can only be reached by Aetherships? Will there be need for Refueling stations (again, a use for a place like Deepnight, perhaps)?

Sorry to keep using deepnight as an example.

Will there be a need for Aetherwars. Could there be ways to expand influence outside of Lusternia prime--maybe colonies on an aetherbubble, and to influence them you end up having to travel in a fleet of ships to get there??!

The possibilities are endless...

No you cant, you can ram other ships to board them, and fight with them, but that's the closest thing that comes to boarding ship-ship.

Is Deepnight a ship yet? With all of those rooms it's like a fortress probably... Of course, it'd be super slow too.

See, soon there will be the Imperial Magnagoran Armada, and the Royal Celestian Navy, and what ever Serenwilde and Glomdoring might have. Then we will have our PIRATES and free traders. Seeing as the ships can come interplanar, as well, i assume somewher along the line, eventually, there will be trade or something, or areas only accesable by Aetherships.

Well.. I figure by the time Hallifax comes out I'll have dropped out of school to pay for tons of credits to become the Vortex Pirate, , and wage war with various factions.

Judging from the bubbles I've been to, reality just is not quite reality in the aether. Poor Catarin thinks she's lost her mind.

Deepnight will not become a ship. One, that'd be freaking wierd. Unless I turned it onto a floating fortress... However, because it would be so slow, I'm going for a smaller, sleeker version. I think the D.N.S. Stroke of Luck will really be a ship now.
