Here's what worked for me, if you're DEAD SET SURE you are registered in Sakray:

Uninstall RO. Once it's gone, go back and reinstall it again.

Once it's done, run Update RO and let that go through. (note, mine never completed at the very end, but oh well)

Then run the RO client and choose Sakray XP (even if you use 98/ME). Let any updates it has to do go through. Close it out.

Run the client again and go to whatever Sakray you're supposed to go to and log in. When I did this, I got in fine.

I just rebirthed last night! And then I got back to level 70 as a high wizard.

After an entire week of trying to download this, I've had it fail 3 times right in the freaking middle. It's annoying me to no end.

L85/50 Blacksmith, complete with her own earth and wind chain.

~L65/20 Priestess that, thanks to hearing about a skill resetter, I might convert to ME (a form of 'combat' priestess that slaughters undead) since it's hard to find people in pRO to party with.

L80/50 Sage that's more melee than most melee classes. She's my fav so far except that any hits she takes ruins her spellcasting. I'm desperately hunting for a phen card to fix that.

And, once I can make a set of elemental rapiers, I'll go and make a Rogue for rare hunting.

Oh yes.. I'm having a good time.

And I got my assassin in the 90's, should be able to go assassin cross in a bit.

This is a fun way to kill time. I've got Khyras, a lvl 37 Thief, and Sylphas, a lvl 27 Archer.
