Damn wireless!!

Oh well. Next week we're moving, and I won't have the odd positioning that's sending the signal through the floor and like 3 walls. Should be much better, assuming we actually manage to get broadband in the middle of nowhere.

Hehe, I have wireless too, but it only takes a few hours.

Mine is constantly at Very Weak signal. Currently geting 2.9KB/s, 56 or so hours remaining. 34% done.

Well, it's worth it, quite fun. And to keep their server running, you can buy almost anything there. I spent $15 and got a card that lets me keep casting spells even if I get hit. Though, I don't plan on spending too much there.

This server doesn't just give twice as much, it gives like four times as much! Compared to the main international server I think.

Oh, and still have problems. Every time I try to open it it shuts down windows and I get a "stop" error. pRO forumns not responding.

May have something to do with this new portable hard drive my dad installed though...

it looks kinda like maple story...? *cough* unless those are just drawings on the way into it. Anywho, sounds interesting so I'm downloading it. Should take about 2 hours on my connection downloading from the link on the forums Vix's link on page 4 sent me to.

Firefox somehow managed to kill itself entirely instead of just the one extra window I had open. Including the download manager. I'm back to nothing. This sucks so much.

Anyone on pRO right now? My mage is at j.lvl 42 and ant hell just became very lame experience (I.e i can get to the bad guy hopefully gaining a level if i was about half-way, but then i unexpectedly die(eww 1400+ hit from a creature with only 200ish hp))

I've got the same problem, but it seems it does that a lot, and people on those other forums recommend getting a download manager, I think I'll look into that. I've dealt with downloads from crappy sources before and it's very frustrating, wasting hours and hours, or days, on unfinished downloads

...plus, I never know where those 500MB's go to, perhaps they're floating around on my computer taking up space, it's scary to think about.

Psh, Mage levels are easy. If you have level 10 Firewall (which you should), go two North of Prontera (not counting the castle screens) and kill Argiopes. Lay a Firewall, cast Firebolt, repeat.

Yeah but everytime i get close a male theif bug pops up.
I managed to kill one by running around three firewalls, but the Argiope survived to kill me. Oh yeah, i've only trained int and dex

I'm a perfectionist, so I'll either create a 'crap' character to start to learn the system, or I'll read every single guide on the game before starting to play so I make a perfect build character.

I can't log into the game, and I can't log into the forums to ask for help because I can't register for either, because it tells me.

"you must register before you do that"



Edit:I see you there lurking asarnil, I even did what that guy said to do, chaning the IP to 204.15.77.194 in that one folder, but that didn't work either, it still takes me to a blank page that doesn't help me.

Yeah, I had the whole problem with registration too. That site just annoys me now.

you don't understand, I -did- register, on that site, and it even told me like "congrats you are registered", and now I'm getting an error telling me that I'm not registered. Further more if I try to register again it tells me that that name is already taken, because as i said I've already registered that name, but on the game itself it says that i'm not registered.
