Finding your own way back is fine and dandy, but I am tired in rl I have a headache. and I have a person in my crew that needs to get home. If I log out here he logs out here unless we die to go back..

Same, we've got people wanting to quit... who can't.

Without stranding us with a substandard crew.

Give them vitae and power, then crash your ship, probably the easiest way back if your that lost. IF they have Conglutinate all the better, but if they've got vitae up, they shouldn't lose that much, a few experiance here is better then wasting hours which you could have got it back in.

The quesion is, why is your forest flying around? At least I'm trying to make it into a ship.

Someone care to explain a little more in depth about the aetherships for those without time to be in realms?

What exactly happens when a ship explodes, do you have to buy another egg or what?

Well, i didn't mean blow it up, it was more like, get into an encounter that you will probably lose, or stop healing the hull, just a suggestion.

Because its an aethersphere that came alive. Ever watched farscape? Its like a living ship.

Edit: And I was hoping personality would be like ambience. No chance that could be changed?

Eventually I'll have to change some of the edge descriptions to fit a contained space, but for now I'm just having fun.

Well, I was having fun. Now I'm just praying this ends and we actually find the dock again.

Once you have a ship, when it does, it goes back to port, you either then have to pray, if you vitae, you vitae back at the aetherplex i believe, and conglutinate there as well. Once a ship is bought, it cant be destroyed, else that would cost alot.

No, nothing happens to it really. It just reappears in the manse. And you all conglut back home.

(I think Tenqual said that but it wasn't very clear.)

But how .. horrible is that.. Ship loses all its power. I wouldn't mind an autopilot feature that let you guide your ships automatically back home.

And also is traveling in those aetherspaces rise your explorer rankings??

I doubt it, like the wilderness in Achaea didn't raise explorer... i think, if it did, you'd need to explore ever prime, ethereal, elemental, cosmic plane just to go up a ranking, and then spend the rest going through every aetherspace room.
