You are a bad man
Also, you just keep clicking on them and they'll say it. That's all I ever did.
Corsair's are fun. I used them mainly because I used Reavers and Dark Templar heavily, and Corsairs were very nice to deal with air and flying Terran buildings. That, and they made very fast scouts, which is useful when looking for an opening in defences to land a Reaver drop
Aaaaanyway, I still think its a good idea, even if it did initiate the hijack of the century

For the Protoss, I always perferred mass Dragoons, with Arbiters to transport them in large numbers lategame, and templars to make fake arbiters so I could get them past enemy lines intact before summoning my army
Oh, for those of you who care about such things, yes we know we're

I preferred massive groups of 12 Carriers, and their Swarm o' Death.
Unknown2006-02-09 18:10:00
I've found that without cheats, 12 Carriers are hard to pull up.. did it only twice... but I still like my swarm of zerlings+defiliers
But let's get this on topic.. wait.. what was the topic to begin with?

Elcyrion, keep clicking the unit, every one of them has about five or more funny things they say on the third or fourth click.
And it was about Aethership races.
And it was about Aethership races.

Ah, come on! 12 carriers is easy, even without cheats. I really love the Arbiter/Carrier combination, because if you play it well and enemy units do not see your carriers, they'll default to shooting at the little interceptor, which, quite frankly, is a complete waste of time.
And Topic? What's a Topic?

If you weren't so completely incompatable with Sidra ICly, I would so have her worship you just because of this masterful hijack you have created

Only problem with Protoss is that Sci Vessels turn them into the equivilent of Celest

Battle Cruisers with Yamato > Carriers. Period.

One vs One, yes
In groups, no

Use protoss, convert zerg, 12 guardians, 12 other flying thingies, 12 high templars w/psionic storm. Have them storm, and then have flyers come in and mop up the rest of the defences.
Yes, I know that would take forever. And isn't feasible. But no matter!

I have a confession to make.
Never played Starcraft.
Ever.

If you're a fan of RTS games in the least, or are interested in learning more, definately play it. You get the game, expansion, and strategy guides for $20 nowadays, and all these years later, they still have a huge playerbase. I can't understand why they never made a sequel, like they did with Warcraft.

I know what it's about, I've just never had the compulsion to play it.
Much prefer the Civilisation series (go Civ 1 on the Atari ST, waaaay back in the day).
For the record, I've not played any of the D&D games either (Baldurs Gate, Neverwinter Nights). I have, however, played most of the early Ultimas (1, 2, 3, 4, again on Atari ST).
Go figure.

High templar chain psi-storm..oh wait...you don't have PSI-CHAIN as an ability on us version...
tsk tsk
lets you line up High Templars and group select them, and combine their psistorm as one huge area spell, with a slightly longer time and a slighty steeper energy cost, but the area spreads nice and wide for each +1 templar... <3
love-mimi
as far as Aether Races, let's aether race to the first one to find the Plane of Fire

Total Annihilation was and always will be better than SC.

I'm not a big fan of RTS games. I've always prefered turn-based strategy and RPG's. However, I'm a big fan of Paradox games (Europa Universalis II, Victoria, Crusader Kings...). What makes them so great is that they are completely moddable and there's a big community constantly working to improve them, along with the Paradox staff who always release at least a couple of patchs for the games.

GO CIV!!!
You forgot call to powers one and two (I'm pretty sure there were two, just to lazy to check)
I think that there was an offshoot of civ that was called colonization (never played it, heard it was good...)
And on Starcraft sequels, blizzard is thinking of making one for the ds

This was well before there was a Call To Power. Roughly 1991, 1992. Colonisation - okay, not that great.

I'm a fan of such "abandonware" too, Lord Shikari
