So, yesterday was Valentines day. The day when the most roses and heart shaped chocolate candies are sold. What did you do? Did you buy something for your lover? Did you spend it with someone?
or were you like me... and just stayed home all day

I don't need comercial centers to mark me a special day to show my current better half that I love about him so I ignored Valentine day entirely.

So, played WoW, killed Onyxia and went to dinner with his mother as every other week. And found out that is unwise trying to find a restaurant on the day of the year couples choose to go out for dinner. But we managed it!

I sat at home and played Lusternia to avoid the people who were enjoying their day with someone they cared about Curse me and my inability to find anyone interesting to me in the same state/timezone as myself

Oh, and to celebrate valentines day, last friday, my sci-fi society had our yearly mini-event - the St. Valentines Day Massacre. Find as many creative Assassins-esque ways to kill the club treasurer and get free candy - if you don't have an S.O., it's a nice friendly way to vent your unhappiness, if you do, it's something fun to do with your girl/boy friend

I'll tell her you said that. Figured she might not want me just saying who she was, so I avoided saying it just in case.

*snigger* does she play lusternia? We could send her a bunch of birthday stuff, anonomously...
and yes, I know I can't spell... but, it's the idea that couts right?

I was very social and did nothing all day... yay me

I went to dinner with the mother in-law because she was feeling depressed, her bf died near xmas and it wasn't a good time for her, Had to talk her out of buying me a xbox 360 for being so nice. Then she demanded to get me somthing so i let her buy me the new HIM cd. The wife had to work so we didn't get to spend any of the day together.

I worked.

I talked to some of these folks in IRC, studied, had an exam which didn't go well, and tried not to think about how alone I am too much.

Studied for and wrote a midterm...don't think it went well.

Spent the evening watching Grey's anatomy reruns while my long distance boyfriend was too busy doing work to even call me. It was just another day. *shrug*
