How many times do I have to tell you that I was never told not once that those guards were bugged - even after having a meeting with 4 administrators over it (and killing Demon Lords). The only people who say this, I think often because it serves as a "decent excuse" for how incompetently guards are set are you and Xenthos.

Likewise, when the Oneiroi asked me to stop raiding Ethereal Glomdoring during my last guard-run, they said that the issue was that when i forced "call for help" on Halamir and Jai, it caused the guards to respond improperly. Note that before I forced this, I had already slain 22 and there was NO PROBLEM with that.

So really, has anyone verified this with you - or are you just trying to save face when people say Glomdoring doesn't know what it is doing?

As one who was there testing alongside the Divine (and one you know to be at least fairly objective), those guards were not working properly. They have since been fixed. I don't know if they were fixed before or after that raid of yours, though.

Anyways! Celest has more defensive options for its portal room. Throw a statue just outside and everything is taken care of. Glomdoring and Serenwilde can't put a totem even in the vicinity of their portal rooms. So, basically, guards work just fine for Celest. Poor option for the communes.

I'm curious.. but Richter.. why not just tell them you blocked those people? Its not like they can test it themselves, as far as I understand manse permissions.

I'd repond to that, but someone would take it IC if that's what I'd actually done, and someone would assume that's what I've done if I hadn't. So, in essence, you've just torn a giant hole in the space-time continum, and we're all screwed.

I would of accually proposed such a thing to certain people (Celest merchants ofcourse, I have no love for either 'free' or 'other org' traders ICly)
