I really like the early on skills in crow better than Night.

Low night skills arnt really useful aside from adding numbers to a coven but one on one and for personal use there isnt anything really you can use.

yeah almost all of night's early on skills don't really serve that much of a purpose, though I can't complain about the last four or five

Bonuses from Nightkiss/Drawdown are +10 to all stats for one-handed weapons and +20/+24/+10 for 2 handed weapons.

Nightkiss and Drawdown are definitely some of the best Trans skills due to their defensive abilities. However, you'll soon realize that you have a much more limited offense with either of them since only Steal and Succumb are useful for an Ebonguard and only Darkmoon and Lash for a Serenguard. If Lusternia wasn't so damage-oriented I'd picked Stag over Moon due to its many useful abilities.

I also find that a better weapon is better than being Omni transed. So the addition to the stats of the weapon, in conjuction with improvd stats from forging is just too good to give up I think.

Isn't there some minor stat-boost reincarnation-dance thing in Night? Or is that some wicca thing?

That's Penumbra in Night. Gives charisma, ego-regen, and sets your age to 18.

But I have much <3 for Crow. The skillset is very versatile, but definitely better for Druids than Warriors

Xen experienced Penumbra once, and he got quite upset that the Coven did it to him without his knowledge or consent. He didn't care to appear 18 again.
