i doubt the people that died would have lost too much xp because if all our characters were sent out of the game...which im assuming they have been :S then xp shouldnt go down...like when you quit while youre dead. luckily im safe and sound in my guildhall anyways

I can't believe the server is down! Just when I'm about to go up and help guys and beat Ixion to a pulp, it got disconnected. GREAT! Now Lord Charune tells us to spend our time to things we've missed like fresh air or sunshine or stuff like that... I can't take it! I need Lusternia NOW!!!

Player's Log, 2 hours later...

Keep calm, everything is going to be alright, just go down, grab a bite and when you come back it'll be up! *goes down, prepares hashbrown and chicken nuggets, goes up after 30 min. of cook, with a glass of light coke, and two plates of hashbrown and nuggets, wiggles the mouse to remove the screensaver, presses connect button and...* NOOOOOOOOOO!

Nothing to do... nothing to do... Lusternia is my life... Turgeis is my alter ego... I'm getting insane here! *goes to play other MUD games* Bah! All worthless, just mostly hack and slash with little RP in it. Damn it, Lusternia get back up already!

Updated my Friendster Profile, checked my YM and Gmail mailbox... answered everything that needs to be answered and delete everything that's worthless. Picked up the phone, dialed the number to my friends house and someone answered, only to find out that my friend are out with my friends hanging out in this so called 'shopping mall'. Decided to get out but just remembered Dad didn't leave me any money for this week so... DAMN DAMN DAMN DAMN!

My eyes locked to the screen, clicking and clicking the connect button in Mushclient hoping to be the first to get in... no avail, still down. Eyes twitching... Mouth foaming... the stench of days not taking a bath (due to the fact that I can't stand cold water, heater is busted)... ARGH! I can't take it! Please oh, please oh please! Come back up!

I have been trying to connect to Lusty since about 10am this morning but it seems to have disappeared?

I have also tried Achaea, and Imperian but they have also gone. All other MUDs seem to be working so it can't be my computer.

And now I have just checked and the website seems to be down, too.

Anyone else experiencing this or just me?

According to my sources, some primary connection thing (fibre channel?) went bad at our ISP, along with their two spares (all purchased from the same place). They've ordered a replacement directly from Cisco and had it hand delivered by courier. We are informed that we should be up very soon (like within half an hour from my post). HOWEVER, remember Murphy's law.....
