Mine too. I've never thought of a good enough warcry/motto. So I've never had one.
Nymerya2006-02-26 11:23:54
I've had quite a few. o.O
Yrael2006-02-26 11:39:36
Mine, 'course. Mostly because up until my last screwup, it was true.

I've thought of plenty warcries and mottos, however I find them to be fairly asanine so I don't put one up. Better to have no motto or warcry than a stupid one. IMO

Your motto: 'For every storm, a beacon. For every night, a lantern.'
Overly dramatic? Yes. Awesome? Yes.

I like my motto in Achaea, which I've had far longer than any other warcry/motto I've ever chosen. It was inspired by Hot Shots, the movie.
"I'm a perfectionist. I'm just not very good at it."

I like my old warcry: "You can run, but you'll just die tired."
Marcalo2006-02-27 20:40:54
I am personally rather fond of marcs warcry, Symbolized by the axe killing is a function.
I've had that warcry forever since long before axelords were out.

I have to say I liked my old motto, "Nothing worth doing is easy."
Navaryn2006-02-28 04:07:29
I like mine "Slay or be slain". Kinda sums up life in the Basin.
Funny how everyone seem to like -their- warcry/motto![biggrin.gif](style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif)

Of course we all do, that's why we come up with these things.
Trouble is, warcrys are hard to come by, unless you like pissing people off and getting into fights. And even at that point, you don't hear them that often.
Then you've got the issues of a lot of Mottos being more humorous, than actuall mottos for the characters as words they live by. - Case and point being the old Fain motto; "Estarra says, "Oh, I was probably in a drunken haze!"'
Anyway, I've always been fond of the murphs warcry, "Harden up princess, here comes the pain"
Always made me laugh a bit, because thats -SO- a murph thing to say in the middle of a huge battle.
As for mottos, I'll blow my own horn and say I've got a nice appreciation for mine, as Vala really does live by it. - "Forever in Service" A random point, it was originally supposed to read "Forever in Her service," but I'm a tard and never got around to changing it.
Maybe I'll do that when I'm finally able to log into Lusty again![wacko.gif](style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wacko.gif)
