Is it possible to create a new OOC verb that allows us to check for our alternate characters?
This would not use the same routine as the gods have (I don't think), checking only registration data that matches the user's current character. That is, it should check both the name (approximately), the geographic location and the date of birth, and return the name of any other characters with the same who have logged in from the same IP address. (The last part preventing someone from stealing RL information to find out alts).
Essentially, you could use:
> ALTS
You have also registered the following characters:
Elryn.
Dorn.
Elyrion.
And that is all. Because I -always- forget the name of an alt I create when I want to go back later and use him.

I don't like it much. I really don't like alts in general.. and I don't think the game should encourage them.

Why not just, eh, write them down on a notepad file or something?

It's ok, I found him. Good thing I have a habit of making public posts with the little dears.
