I was parrying my head 100% with trans combat. I also have trans resilience and good robes. None of it had any effect. I hope you aren't telling me that stancing my head would have drastically changed the outcome of that little encounter.

On an interesting note, I used to stance head and parry head 100% on Murphy. I did worse.

don't stance and parry the same place, thats useless.

If you're just going to protect one limb of course you're going to get massacred. I can't log in right now but I'd suggest someone go test stancing head vs Assault head to see if you can still dodge it. I've missed with Lunge before against stanced limbs as well as dodge Assaults but that was a while back.

In the log, murphy crushed head 4 times, crushed a leg, and smited down for a brainbash.

5/6 attacks were to head, which were stanced and parried. it didn't do a damn thing.

Go axe lord for the best damage and stuns it seems

About 1500 damage and a stun to slow down healing not stopped by rebounding or shielding no power cost, you arty it up and it would be crazy ixion especially after you tak on two sweeps before hand then a cleave, I dont think many people at all could deal with that kind of damage and stuns.

They might go for the head less often if you couldn't walk around normally while missing a leg.

Hush Jello.. And to Terenas.. Yes you can miss assaults.. It's been happening annoyingly frequently now that I'm faeling.. Stancing head would also decrease the wounding of the assault as well.. Stance head and I don't think I would have been able to behead you with my 555 wounding sword as an orclach...

hehe, you need to die faster you take way to long to kill. My damage is just do to me fully deffing like having a war blessing, 18 strength, etc.. If I were to take on most people with just my klangaxe I couldnt kill most decent fighters we only have about 3 non critcal wounds that are useful.

Yea but thats now much damage you do with no arties its more than enough to kill a lot of people with the stuns added on, now think about ixion with a artied up waraxe loads of damage and like you able to get stuns on the first hit against the legs or the chest.

If you think about Ixion does that kinda damage now it just takes him to hit in his combo which is equal to one of my hits but if Ixion does hit you with that he has a chance of hitting two afflictions and 2 poisons so its even scarer but bulk damage in one attack does scare some people off.

Two low blademaster afflictions wont hinder you at all, A low axelord stun will though, poisons maby but he has 50% chance for one to hit then a 2/3s for it to go through resilience, The chance for a stun just seems so much better for damagers. Its pretty much bam huge damage and stun to stop you sipping for two or three seconds you get to sip then about two more seconds then bam again. With blade master the target gets the chance to start hindering him instantly and can probally get in two health drinks. The stun definatly seems worth trading for what he has already.

Base stats are 194/497/140 with the +10 arti and nightkiss + forge runes it gets up to 254/555/170..

The stun is about a second or lessand I bet if someone doing Ixion type damage hits you with pinleg you wouldnt be doing much, hell you wouldnt be doing anything at all since pinleg stops you from sipping and the huge bleeding you will get will make you die faster. Cleave can be parried and stance and in that situation you didnt stance. My damage hits hard but im really slow so you should recover decently enough with sparkleberry and health. All you really have to worry about is wounds but other then behead I have nothing that will cause so much of a threat.

If I get a pinleg on you, your wound curing really really sucks.
